Best experience I've ever had purchasing a new bike.
Received a good deal on the price, the finance dept. went the extra mile, the parts and service personnel were very knowledgeable and explained all that would be available to me after the purchase. Well worth the drive from the Charleston area… Overall great experience.

We were in the market for a new bike as we were just not happy with our current bike. We heard about Mountain State HD from facebook. A couple friends had recently purchased bikes from Mountain State so we decided to drive down one weekend. From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcomed. Shawn Owens was our salesmen. We could not have asked for better salesman. He bent over backwards to get us in the bike we wanted. The finance department were AWESOME. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We highly recommend Mountain State HD. It's great to now be a part of the Mountain State HD Family.

Tried doing a deal with another shop. Had everything set in stone until final paperwork was done and they would not work with me, a friend told me about Mountain State HD. Called them up done everything over phone the staff was great. Shane did a great job getting what I wanted. Shawn did a great job went out of the way travelling hundreds of miles to get the bike I wanted. Will never go anywhere else. Tell everyone about this great HD dealership.

Huge thank you to Mountain State HD… Stored, serviced, washed and shined my 17 CVO Street Glide for winter… picked it up and decided to purchase highway pegs and a new Vance and Hines exhaust system. It was the later part of the day and, as a whole, MSHD came together as a team and got my bike ready to ride before closing. Thank you guys and gals so much!!!
